Thank you for stopping by at my store. Here you can order fresh organic grown figs or any of my 'egh-plant' offerings.
My father always taught me the importance of respecting the earth, growing food in a sustainable way and the importance of supporting local businesses.
I grow all my products in 5 Points Raleigh, NC and welcome you to place your orders here. If you are not satisfied with anything, if your egh-plants don't survive (we'll replace it for free), or you just want a refund, let me know by sending me an email.
Thank you for your support and happy shopping!
Welcome to Ariana's Garden's Online Store.
I helped my Father plant our first fig tree when I was 2 1/2 years old. The tree which fell down during a 2010 tropical storm, is now two stories high and now bears over 2,000 figs a year.
The figs are harvested daily and available for pickup the same day!
Fig pickup take place between July and August (for 6 weeks).
NOTE: You will be notified via email that your order is ready for pickup by 9 AM on the day you need to pick up. Figs will be left in a package on the front porch of 1909 Glenwood Avenue, Raleigh NC and labeled with your name. Park on Myrtle Avenue and walk to 1909 Glenwood (easiest as backing in an out of the driveway onto Glenwood Avenue can be tricky).
If you are unable to pickup, we will hold your figs for one additional day. Since figs are highly perishable, we are unfortunately unable to store them for more than a day or they will no longer be fresh.
***Don't forget to leave your Full Name, Address, Email and Phone Number when you place your order!***
Thank you!
When trying to figure out how we could grow saplings in a sustainable way, my Father came up with the idea in December of 2012 to grow plants in a recycled egg shell-a natural biodegradeable pot that even nourishes your soil with calcium as is biodegrades!
The concept is simple: 1) Dig hole, 2) Crush the egg shell 3) Plant your 'egh-plant'.
The egg shells biodegrade over time and add calcium to the soil. The crushed egg shells are known to keep slugs away.
We partner with Mandolin of Raleigh who supply us with egg shells every Sunday. Mandolin is a great supporter of local producers and we enjoy our partnership with them! Try dining with them, you won't be disappointed!
